Ashley Sadler has worked in the Auckland ICT Recruitment industry for over 20 years at both a senior Consultant and Management level. In the UK he was an electronics engineer before starting his recruitment career in telecommunications.

As Auckland’s Client Development Manager, Ashley manages the IT and Digital recruitment teams at Finite920. As well as the highly technical roles, Ashley specialises in Project Services, Program and Project Management, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, BA and Product Owners. Ashley enjoys recruiting senior level positions requiring a targeted search methodology.

Ashley’s teams are given autonomy. They are expected to work with the highest integrity and quality and to own and manage a recruitment process for their client. This has been the blueprint for his previous success. Ashley has a Bachelor of Applied Business from Otago Polytechnic.
